BAS TrustDesk is a strategy-to-execution alignment platform operated by BAS Trust Systems AS. By using our services, you agree to these transparent rules of engagement designed to protect your strategic integrity.

1. Service Description

BAS TrustDesk ingests strategy documents, connects to execution tools, and calculates evidence-based alignment scores with confidence levels. The goal is to provide a defensible, data-backed view of strategic execution.

2. Account and Workspace

• Single Context: One legal entity per workspace.
• Role Hierarchy: Three defined roles: Admin, Manager, and Viewer.
• Security: Account sharing is strictly prohibited to maintain audit trails.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TrustDesk for individual employee surveillance or reverse-engineer our alignment algorithms. We value the privacy of executors as much as the clarity for leaders.

4. Strategy Documents

You retain 100% ownership of all documents uploaded and reports generated. We act as a processor for your strategic data.

5. Read-Only Tool Access

All tool connections are read-only. We never modify your data in external systems like Jira or GitHub.

7. Data Quality Disclaimer

Evidence-Based Reporting: Alignment scores reflect the quality of data available. Low-quality data produces low-confidence scores by design. We do not prescribe decisions; we provide the evidence for them.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes will be handled within the courts of Oslo.
